I'm new in preparing food, this is the first recipe I make, it's simple, easy and quick to make the chilaquiles in green sauce with poblano pepper; maybe it has no technique, but the result is quite rich. It is ideal for a quick walk

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 poblano peppers, (roasted, peeled and deveined) (one sliced ​​in thin slices)
  • 5 tomatoes, big
  • fresh coriander
  • Water
  • onions
  • olive oils
  • chicken soup
  • cheeses
  • salt
  • tortilla chips

Preparation

Peel and wash the tomatoes, roast them a little by subjecting them directly to the flame. After cooking them with water. Once cooked liquefy together with one of poblano peppers, onion and cilantro. Reserve.
In a saucepan heat olive oil, sauté for a few minutes the slices of the other poblano chili, add what is liquefied together with a little chicken broth. Add salt and cook for 5 minutes.
On a plate put the chips and bathe them with the green sauce with poblano rajas. Sprinkle the cheese and garnish with a coriander leaf. Accompany with rice.
