Ingredients

2 portions
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 100 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • to taste avocado
  • 1 cup green sauce, or the one of your choice

Preparation

Place the oil in the pan to heat, cut the tortillas into triangles and sauté for 10 min.
Add the sauce and fry for two minutes, add the already crumbled cheese and cover the pan, cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts completely.
Serve on the plate, add the avocado in thin slices and add a few drops of lemon.
