Ingredients

  • 1/4 liters chicken soup
  • 150 grams piloncillo
  • 300 grams lard
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 4 cups green bean, Cooked and split into 2
  • 25 leaves corn leaf, green

Preparation

Beat the dough with the chicken stock and the piloncillo until it is fluffy.
With a hand blender beat the butter.
Add the butter to the dough and continue beating, then add the baking powder and the green beans. At this time you can add a little salt.
Spoon the leaves with the dough, then wrap and place in a steamer to cook for 45 min. or until the dough is easily detached from the leaf.
