Ingredients

  • 12 tortillas
  • lard
  • 8 ancho chili peppers, deveined and seedless, for the sauce
  • 2 cups Water, for the sauce

  • 350 grams sausage, fried and shredded, for filling
  • 3 cups lettuce, disinfected and cut into thin strips, to decorate
  • 4 radishes, chopped, to decorate
  • 3 zucchini, cooked and chopped, to decorate
  • 40 grams dry chile de árbol pepper, To accompany
  • 1/2 cups vinegar, To accompany

Preparation

To put in a pot the water with the chilies to that it boils, to extinguish the fire and to leave 10 min more. Blend, strain and add salt to taste.
Toast the tree chiles on a comal, grind with the vinegar and add salt if necessary.
