Delicious Swiss Enchiladas prepared with a creamy sauce of Cream Cheese Philadelphia®. It is a very easy recipe to prepare and the sauce you will love. This recipe is ideal for a weekend breakfast with the family.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 190 grams of Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 kilo of green tomato bare
  • 1 piece of onion chopped girl
  • 1 piece of serrano pepper
  • 3 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1/2 Cup of fresh coriander
  • 2 spoonfuls of chicken consommé
  • 1 1/2 cups of chicken soup without salt
  • 16 pieces of Corn tortillas thin passed by hot oil
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast cooked and deshebradas
  • 12 pieces of slice of Manchego Singles® cheese

    Preparation

    Cook the tomato and chili in water with a little salt until its color turns pale and drains.
    Fry the onion in a pan with the oil until golden brown.
    Blend the onion with tomato, chili, cilantro, chicken broth, chicken concentrate and Philadelphia® Cream Cheese.
    Heat until it boils and rectifies seasoning.
    Dip the sauce and place 3 slices of Manchego Singles® cheese on top.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve them with refried beans.

    TIPS

    You can substitute the green tomato for tomato, to make some enchiladas with red sauce.

    Definitivamente, la mitad del cilantro,un poco de leche evaporada para que quede aún más cremosas y queso mozzarella para que gratine riquísimo
