Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 can tuna
  • 400 grams fresh cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 Nestle media creama
  • 1 green chile, tatemado
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 30 grams butter

Preparation

Finely chop the onion.
The tuna, cheese and onion are stirred.
The tortillas are filled with the tuna and cheese mixture. Rolls are formed which are fryed in oil for about 2 minutes, without getting too golden.
The half cream and the clean green chile are liquefied without the seed.
In a pan melt the butter and add the mixture of green chili and chicken broth. until it boils, the tuna rolls are incorporated until they are covered by the mixture.

PRESENTATION

They are served with a vegetable salad.

TIPS

You can fill them with shrimp or fish that you like.
