The Red enchiladas with chicken is a homemade Mexican recipe, ideal for breakfast on the weekend with your family. Enchiladas are a very tasty preparation, with a delicious homemade flavor.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of tomato
  • 1/4 of onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 chile de árbol peppers
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 12 Corn tortillas fried
  • 5 grams of black pepper
  • 10 grams of Salt
  • 1 branch of fresh coriander washed
  • 1/2 chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 5 leaves of lettuce thin sliced
  • 150 milliliters of sour cream
  • 200 grams of fresh cheese

Preparation

Blend the tomato, onion, garlic, chilies and water to obtain a liquid consistency.
Strain the sauce, fry in a pan and season with salt and pepper.
Soak the tortillas in the sauce, fill each tortilla with chicken and sauté.
Decorate the enchiladas with lettuce, sour cream and cheese.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a clay dish.

TIPS

You can replace the chile de árbol with chipotle chile.
