Ingredients

10 portions
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • squash blossoms
  • cream
  • 2 cans refried beans
  • amaranth
  • oaxaca cheese

Preparation

Rolls are made with the pumpkin flower, oaxaca cheese and tortillas. You can put the amount you want of pumpkin flower and cheese.
The rolls are arranged in a pyrex.
The beans can be heated with a little water to make it more liquid. You can also liquefy the whole cooked beans to make the sauce.
Add the sauce on top of the pyrex and put it in the oven for 10 or 15 minutes.
After removing the pyrex, add the cream and amaranth to give it an extra touch.
