  • 12 cups corn tortilla
  • 350 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 200 grams pinto beans

Preparation

Heat the tortillas in a comal.
Fill each quesadilla with a bit of Oaxaca cheese and beans.
Put the quesadillas on a comal until the cheese melts.

PRESENTATION
