Preparation
Discard the Oaxaca cheese and place it on a plate. In case you have opted for yellow cheese, grate and reserve.
Weapon the synchronized placing a flour tortilla and on it a slice of ham, this can be as thick or thin as you prefer.
Now, place a bit of cheese trying to be at the center so that when melted does not spread. Place one tortilla on top of each synchronized.
