Ingredients

20 portions
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 8 nopales, large, previously cooked
  • 1 Oaxaca cheese
  • 1 can green sauce

Preparation

First the nopales are cooked and the tortillas are heated in comal.
Put the nopal down followed by the tortilla, spread the beans and put the Oaxacan cheese, either shredded or in thick strips.
Roll up the ingredients so that it looks like a sushi roll, be careful not to break it or break it, so that the ingredients are not separated. Put 3 chopsticks or more depending on the number of rolls to be cut. Cut the rolls for each toothpick.
Arrange the rolls on a plate and empty the previously heated green sauce.

Consejo No olviden quitarle la baba al nopal cuando lo cuezan si no, todo se resbala.
