Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Mexican french bread rolls, cut in half
  • 1/4 cups butter
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup Chilaquiles, green or red
  • 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and deshebrado
  • 1/4 cups Oaxaca cheese, shredding
  • 1/4 cups red onion, filleted

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
On a comal toast the rolls with a little butter. Remove from the comal and spread with warm refried beans.
Place the chilaquiles in the muffins, the chicken, the oaxaca cheese and the purple onion. Bake so that the cheese is gratinated, remove from the oven and reserve.
Serve the muffins on a plate, enjoy.
