Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of Mexican french bread roll cut in half

  • 1 Cup of refried beans
  • 1 Cup of Chilaquiles green or red
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken cooked and deshebrado
  • 1/4 of Cup of Oaxaca cheese shredding
  • 1/4 of Cup of red onion filleted

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    On a comal toast the rolls with a little butter. Remove from the comal and spread with warm refried beans.
    Place the chilaquiles in the muffins, the chicken, the oaxaca cheese and the purple onion. Bake so that the cheese is gratinated, remove from the oven and reserve.
