These baskets made with muesli, a delicious preparation of Switzerland based on seeds, cereals and honey, stuffed with a yogurt jelly covered with a spoonful of Nutella® and red fruits. It is the ideal and most fun option for you to give a very balanced breakfast to your children.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/4 of Cup of oats for the muesli
  • 1 1/2 cups of granolas mixed, for the muesli
  • 1/4 of Cup of cereal of colors, for the muesli
  • 1/4 of Cup of almond for muesli, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of pistachio for muesli, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of orejones finely chopped, for muesli
  • 1/4 of Cup of raisins finely chopped, for muesli
  • 1/4 of Cup of sesame seed for muesli, toast
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut for muesli, toast and chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of cranberry dehydrated for muesli, chopped
  • 1 1/2 sticks of Butter melted, for the muesli
  • 2 spoonfuls of honey for the muesli
  • 2 cups of Yogurt
  • 1 on of unflavored gelatin hydrated and melted
  • 1 piece of Nutella®
  • 1/4 of Cup of blueberry to decorate
  • 1/4 of Cup of Strawberry cut in half to decorate
  • 1 piece of green apple cut into thin slices
  • 1/4 of Cup of raspberry to decorate

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the Muesli with butter and honey. Place the mixture in greased cupcake molds. Freeze 30 minutes and reserve.
    In a bowl add the yogurt and temper the grenetina with a little yogurt, mix the grenetina with the yogurt. Add the mixture in the muesli baskets and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the yogurt sets.
    Remove from refrigeration and add a spoonful of Nutella® over the yogurt, decorate with blueberries, strawberries, green apple and raspberries.
    Serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with a spoonful of Nutella® and red fruits so they have a lot of color and flavor.

    TIPS

    Tempera the melted grenetina before adding it to the yogurt so that no lumps are made.
