Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 8 unsalted almonds
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry
  • 1 cup milk, of almonds
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 on no-calorie sweetener
  • 1 raja cinnamon

Preparation

In a pot add water and milk, once you break the boiling point, add the oats and reduce the fire. Do not stop moving, in case the preparation dries, add more water.
After 5 minutes, add the cinnamon, cranberries and sweetener without calories. Cook for 5 more minutes or until the oatmeal is cooked. Remove the cinnamon slice, add the almonds and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a deep dish.

TIPS

If you do not like blueberries, substitute them for raisins.
