If you have hypertension, this is your ideal breakfast. Take it to work. One night before, cook the oatmeal with water, store it in a tupper with the other ingredients, in another container, bring the almond milk and add it when heating.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 8 unsalted almond
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry
  • 1 cup milk, almond
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 on no calorie sweetener
  • 1 raja cinnamon

Preparation

In a pot add the water and milk, once it breaks the boiling point, add the oats and reduce the heat. Do not stop moving, in case the preparation dries, add more water.
After 5 minutes, add the cinnamon, blueberries, and no calorie sweetener. Cook for 5 more minutes or until the oats are cooked. Remove the cinnamon stick, add the almonds and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a deep plate.

TIPS

If you don't like blueberries, substitute raisins for them.
