Take advantage of the season of pomegranate and prepare this rich dessert combined with orange gelatin accompanied by a creamy yoghurt and pomegranate granites, it is a fresh and delicious recipe.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 of Cup of Orange juice natural
  • 1/4 of Cup of Water
  • 2 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 1 piece of grenetina on
  • 4 pieces of Yoghurt Natural Oikos® 150g each
  • 1 piece of pomegranate
  • 4 spoonfuls of pistachio chopped

    Preparation

    In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the orange juice with water and sugar.
    Hydrate the grenetine with water and add to the previous preparation. Mix until it dissolves and cools.
    Pour the gelatin into 4 cups to form a base, and set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
    Add the Oikos® Natural Yoghurt and decorate with the pomegranate and pistachios.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with the pomegranate and pistachios.

    TIPS

    If you spend the season of pomegranate, use dehydrated blueberries.
