Ingredients

16 portions
  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs, milkshakes
  • 1/3 cups Water
  • 2 cups zucchini, grated
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup walnut, chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, nutmeg, baking soda, cinnamon and sugar.
In another bowl, mix oil, eggs, water, zucchini and lemon juice.
Add the wet ingredients (oil, etc.) to the mixture of dry ingredients (flour, etc.).
Add the nuts and stir a little until they are mixed.
Put the mixture in two pan molds, elongated and previously greased and floured.
Bake for 1 hour.
