Cook the chicken in the microwave, as indicated in the package until the chicken juice no longer has a pink color, by cutting the center of the thickest part.
Meanwhile, heat a 10-inch nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the zucchini, onion and pepper; cook 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the corn, tomato, pepper and cilantro.
Lower the heat to medium low; cook over low heat, uncovered, 3 minutes or until the vegetables are soft and the mixture is very hot.

Fill each half of Arabic bread with two-thirds cup of the chicken and vegetable mixture.
Wrap 2 of the pita-sandwiches together with aluminum foil; Take them with you for a dinner on the road or for a picnic.
