This roll of puff pastry carries ham, cheese, canned mushrooms, pate, bacon, and olives. It can be served for a very gourmet breakfast or for a casual dinner but delicious and very quick to prepare!

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of puff pastry
  • 1 Cup of olive slices
  • 100 grams of paté
  • 400 grams of Manchego cheese grated
  • 200 grams of Ham chopped
  • 1 canned mushroom
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoonful of cream
  • 1/4 of kilo of bacon golden

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 centigrade.
Knead the puff pastry with a little flour and spread with a rolling pin.
Put the olives, pate, cheese, minced ham, diced and golden bacon in the center and the mushrooms without their liquid.
Make a taco, wrapping the puff pastry on both sides to prevent the stuffing from coming out.
In a saucepan stir the yolk with a teaspoon of cream. Coat the roll on top with this.
Put the roll in a baking sheet and put in the oven for 50 minutes or until golden brown.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate the roll of puff pastry with pieces of puff pastry cut with a cookie mold to make it look more beautiful.

TIPS

Do not waste puff pastry, if you extend it properly with a rolling pin it will yield twice as much.
