You can eat the quesadillas for breakfast or dinner. This recipe has mushrooms and cheese inside the quesadillas.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 12 cups corn tortilla
  • 350 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 200 grams canned mushroom

Preparation

In a pan put the mushrooms and add a little maggi. Let them season and remove.
Fill each quesadilla with a bit of Oaxaca cheese and mushrooms.
Put the quesadillas on a comal until the cheese melts.

PRESENTATION

Serve the quesadillas in a Mexican platter and serve with guacamole.
