Start your day with all the energy with this delicious and nutritious bowl of quinoa with almond milk that will give you the energy necessary to perform all your activities.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 4 tablespoons agave honey
  • 1/3 cups almond, toast
  • 1/3 cups blueberry
  • 1/3 cups cranberry
  • enough peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat heat the almond milk with cinnamon, vanilla and anise.
Add the quinoa and let cook for 10 minutes, sweeten with the agave honey.
Let cool, serve in a bowl of cereal, add the blueberry, almonds, blueberries and decorate with mint.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl accompanied by blackberries and blueberries.

TIPS

You can add chia and linseed and make a more complete breakfast.
