Ingredients

1 portion
  • 250 milliliters no sugar natural yogurt
  • 15 raspberries
  • 1/2 apples
  • 10 grams almond, filleted
  • 10 grams cranberry
  • to taste honey

Preparation

Disinfects raspberries
Add to the blender the yogurt, the half apple, the blueberries, the almonds, the honey and finally the raspberries disinfected.
Grind all ingredients until well blended.
