Red Fruits Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250 milliliters of natural yoghurt without sugar
  • 15 pieces of raspberry
  • 1/2 piece of Apple
  • 10 grams of almond filleted
  • 10 grams of blueberry
  • to taste of honey

    Preparation

    Disinfects raspberries
    Add to the blender the yogurt, the half apple, the blueberries, the almonds, the honey and finally the raspberries disinfected.
