Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Mexican french bread rolls, matches by half
  • 250 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 250 grams sausage, or longaniza
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • to taste sauce

Preparation

Fry the sausage or chorizo.
Grease all the mitillos de bolillo with the refried beans.
Discard the oaxaca cheese and spread on the rolls until the beans are covered.
Put in the microwave oven for 1 minute or until perfectly au gratin.
Remove from the microwave and put sausage on the cheese.
Add sauce algusto or pico de gallo.

PRESENTATION

It looks and tastes excellent with pico de gallo.

TIPS

The pico de gallo is a mixture of cilantro, serrano pepper, onion, tomato and finely chopped avocado.
