Prepare this rich apple smoothie with ginger and granola. It has few ingredients and besides being delicious it is healthy and nutritious. The Kellogg's® Granola Coco, raisins and honey brings a great flavor and combines perfectly with the apple and ginger.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 Cup of Granola Kellogg's® Coconut, raisins and honey
  • 1/2 Cup of green apple chopped into cubes
  • 1 teaspoonful of ginger
  • 1 Cup of coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon of Fresh mint

    Preparation

    Peel the ginger and place it in the blender. Add the cut apple in medium cubes with everything and shell.
    Add coconut water, Kellogg's® Granola® Coconut, raisins and honey and fresh mint.
    Blend until all the ingredients are incorporated.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve and decorate with a mint leaf.

    TIPS

    You can add a little artificial non-caloric sweetener.
