This delicious Blueberry Smoothie is perfect to start your mornings full of energy, as it is made with frozen blackberries and a rich frosting of cookies. It's so delicious that you can not believe it!

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/2 cups vanilla cookies
  • 2 tablespoons White chocolate
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/8 Reddi Wip® orignal, to decorate
  • 1 cup blueberry, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 Reddi Wip® orignal, extra creamy
  • 4 grams peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Grind the cookies in a plastic bag or in a food processor, until you get a fine powder.
Frost glasses passing some white chocolate and then cookies.
Blend ice, milk, Reddi Wip®, frozen blackberries and sugar.
Pour the mixture into the glasses, being careful not to touch the frosting.
Decorate with Reddi Wip® and mint leaves.

You can replace the blueberry with blackberry.
