Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 170 grams yogurt, Yoplait® Original low-peach peach or equivalent
  • 1 peach, medium fresh, peeled, pitted and cut into pieces
  • nutmeg powder

Preparation

Put the milk, yogurt and peach in a blender. Cover and blend at high speed for 30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.
Empty in glasses. Sprinkle nutmeg.

TIPS

Do not like nutmeg? Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon in these refreshing drinks. Freeze the peach after you cut it, or use 1 cup of frozen cut peaches for an Ice Cold Drink of Peach Yogurt.
