Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 cup mixed blackberry, frozen (blueberry, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries)
  • 3/4 cups Pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 1 banana

Preparation

In a blender, process all the ingredients until they have a homogeneous consistency. Serve very cold.
