Healthy and nutritious liquefied apple, flaxseed and oats. This smoothie is ideal to start the day with a lot of energy.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed, milled
  • 250 milliliters milk

Preparation

Wash the apple.
Split the apple into 4 parts.
Place apple, milk, oats and flaxseed in the blender.
Liquify perpecifically.
Serve it in a glass.
Take it

Do not peel the apple since it contains fiber.
