This smoothie is the perfect breakfast if you want to lose a few pounds without going hungry. Both the oatmeal and the apple are very high fiber foods that will satisfy you a lot, giving you a lot of vitality and energy. Therefore you will decrease the amount of food in your subsequent meals and you will lose weight feeling strong and almost without realizing it. Flax seeds also help a lot, but I have made them optional because the gelatinous texture that they give does not like everyone.

Preparation
Cut the apple with everything and peel in small cubes. Place the apple and the rest of the ingredients in the blender.
Blend until everything is well incorporated, add some ice to make it frappe.
