Preparation
Beat the yolks with the icing sugar, the juice and the orange peel until they are thick and creamy. Add the vanilla and Cointreau and continue beating.
In another bowl beat the whites to punto nievee. Add them in an enveloping form to the orange mixture.
Divide the presentation in 4-6 refractory cazuelitaas of 1/2 cup capacity, greased .. Cook 15 minutes in a moderate oven.
To make the syrup, combine the orange juice, marmalade, lime juice and sugar in a medium casserole over a moderate flame. Simmer the soufflés for 5 minutes.
