Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3/4 cups Northgate Pork Chorizo
  • 8 eggs
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vegetal oil
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 12 Northgate corn tortillas
  • 2 serrano peppers, cut into thin slices
  • 1 avocado, in cubes
  • 2 cambray onions, cut into thin slices
  • to taste green sauce, to serve

Preparation

In a pan over medium heat, cook the Northgate Pork Chorizo ​​until golden brown. Beat the eggs lightly and add to the pan, season with salt and pepper and cook until the egg is cooked, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
Heat the beans with a teaspoon of oil for 3 minutes and season to taste.
In a comal over medium heat, heat the Northgate Corn Tortillas.
Arrange the tacos, spreading some beans on each hot tortilla, serve the egg with chorizo ​​and decorate with slices of serrano pepper, onion, avocado and green sauce.
