Who tasted the delicious cooked egg salad? Today I bring you a delicious and nutritious alternative, without the unnecessary fat of mayonnaise.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2 pieces of egg cooked
  • 2 spoonfuls of Hummus Libanius®
  • 2 slices of toasted bread
  • to taste of spicy sauce
  • to taste of tomato sauce candy

    Preparation

    Peel the previously cooked eggs.
    Chop the cooked eggs into squares.
    Mix the eggs with the 2 tablespoons of hummus.
    Assemble the mixture in the slices of previously toasted bread.
    If you want to add a little hot sauce and / or sweet tomato sauce, you can do it.

    TIPS
