Do you love fresh fruits like pineapple, coconut or mango? So this Tropical Nutribowl is the perfect breakfast for you. It is made from fruit but thanks to chia it becomes a dish that provides protein. Prepare this delicious Tropical Bowl and enjoy a light breakfast and a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup mango, cut into cubes
  • 1 banana, cut into slices
  • 1 guava
  • 1 cup coconut, (cubed pulp)
  • 1/4 cups grated coconut
  • 1 coconut, cut in half, to serve
  • 1 star fruit, cut into slices to decorate
  • 1 cup chia, to decorate

Preparation

For the tropical bowl, freeze pineapple, mango, banana, guava and coconut. Once frozen, blend the fruit until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Serve and decorate with starfruit, toasted coconut and chia.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the bowls with fruits and a little seed.

TIPS

If it gets a little hard to blend, you can add a little water.
