Enjoy this delicious and healthy option of integral waffles with yogurt for your breakfast They are very nutritious and delicious, they are also super easy to prepare and the creamy sauce of yoghurt and raspberries give it a unique touch.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter melted
  • 2 spoonfuls of vanilla
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 Cup of Yoghurt Greek Yoplait Without Sugar Added
  • 1/2 Cup of agave honey
  • 2 cups of Yoghurt Greek Yoplait Without Sugar Added for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of raspberry for the sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of agave honey for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon for the sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of cherries to decorate
  • 1/4 of Cup of raspberry to decorate

    Preparation

    For the waffles, in a bowl mix the wholemeal flour, the oatmeal, the baking powder, the salt, the butter, the vanilla essence, the eggs, the Greek Yoplait Without Added Sugar and the agave honey. Mix until well integrated.
    Heat the waffle maker, grease with cooking spray, pour the previous mixture and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked.
    For the sauce, liquefy the Yoghurt Yoplait® Greek without sugar with the raspberries, the agave honey and the cinnamon powder.
    Serve the waffles with the yoghurt sauce and decorate with natural cherries and raspberries.

    PRESENTATION

    On an extended plate, decorate with raspberry sauce and fresh cherries.

    TIPS

    Wheat flour absorbs more liquids, if you feel very thick your mix you can add a little more yoghurt.
