The always crave waffles for breakfast, so prepare this delicious recipe with chocolate, vanilla and strawberries. They are very original and the combination with Nutella® and fruit is a good choice for your children's breakfast.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 100 grams butter, melted
  • 1/4 cups chocolate chip, for the chocolate mix
  • 5 tablespoons powder chocolate, for the chocolate mix
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla, for the vanilla mix
  • 1/4 cups white chocolate chip, for the vanilla mix
  • 1 drop vegetal color additive, yellow, for the vanilla mix
  • 1/4 cups strawberry, cut into cubes, for strawberry mix
  • 1 drop vegetal color additive, rose, for strawberry mix
  • 4 tablespoons Nutella®, (18 gc / u) to serve
  • to taste fruit, to serve

Preparation

For waffles: In a bowl mix all the waffle ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture, divide into 3 and reserve.
Add chocolate powder to one bowl, in the other mix the essence of vanilla with the yellow dye and the white chocolate chips, in the other mix the strawberries with the pink dye, set aside.
In a greased waffle maker, pour each of the 3 mixes next to each other in a vertical manner to form a "Neapolitan waffle". Close and cook until it is completely done.
Spread the waffles with a little Nutella® on top without reaching the edges, place the fruits of your preference on one side. Serve with a glass of milk and a glass of juice.

TIPS

Always the waffles mix must be thicker than a pancake.

México con el primer lugar en obesidad infantil y peor con estas recetas. Recomiendo por lo menos "Nutella" sin azúcar, solo es crema de avellanas. Chocolate con minino 70% de cacao. No usar chocolate en polvo, mejor cocoa. Por lo menos busque opciones más saludables para los niños.
