Prepare a delicious breakfast of waffles with blackberries, with this breakfast you will have a full breakfast with which you will be satisfied.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2/3 cups flour
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons clove
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • cooking spray, pam
  • few powdered sugar
  • blackberries
  • whipped creams

Preparation

Meanwhile mix in a bowl the flour, sugar, wholemeal flour, baking powder, powdered ginger, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and cloves.
In a small bowl, mix the milk with the lemon juice and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
Add the milk, honey and eggs to the flour mixture and mix well with a whisk.
Add the butter.
Grease your waffle with cooking spray and warm for 2-3 minutes.
Make the waffles, until they are lightly browned. While cooking the rest of the dough, cover the ones that have already been made so that they do not cool down.
Finally decorate with blackberries and whipped cream.
