Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup Gamesa® pancake mix
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons powdered ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons clove
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • spray oil, pam
  • few powdered sugar
  • strawberries
  • blackberries

Preparation

Meanwhile, combine Gamesa® Hotcakes, sugar, powdered ginger, cinnamon, salt, pepper and cloves in a deep bowl.
In a small bowl, mix the milk with the lemon juice and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
Add the milk, honey and eggs to the flour mixture and mix well with a whisk.
Add the butter.
Grease your waffle with cooking spray and warm for 2-3 minutes.
Make the waffles, until they are lightly browned. While cooking the rest of the dough, cover the ones that have already been made so that they do not cool down.
Finally sprinkle icing sugar on top of them and add the red fruits.
