Do not you know how to make perfect warm eggs? If you are never sure how long to put them in the water, follow these simple steps!

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups Water, for the sauce

Preparation

In a small pot, put 1 and a half cups of water (to cover the whole egg) and let it boil.
Add the egg to the water, cover the pot and remove from heat.
Leave the pot covered for 4-6 minutes, depending on how cooked you like the egg.
After 5 minutes (6 minutes for more cooked), pass the egg through cold water to stop cooking.
Cut the top of the egg, serve over an egg cup and enjoy with toasted bread in strips.

PRESENTATION

Serve with toasted bread cut into strips and put salt and pepper.

TIPS

Use at least 1 1/2 cups of water per egg to be cooked.
