These Buffalo-style celery sticks are perfect for those who love the taste of buffalo wings but want to avoid additional calories by dieting or simply by taking care of their health.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • ground red pepper
  • 4 ounces blue cheese
  • 2 ounces Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 6 celeries, in branches

Preparation

In a small bowl mix 2 ounces of Blue Cheese and 2 ounces of Cream Cheese until a soft mixture is left.
With a small spoon or knife fill the 6 branches of Celery previously washed and dried with the cheese mixture.
Crumble a little Blue Cheese on top of the celery branches and sprinkle a little of the red pepper.

TIPS

You can cut the Celery branches in half or in smaller pieces.
