Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 Cup of Corn syrup (for the syrup)
  • 5 spoonfuls of chilli powder (for the syrup)
  • 3 spoonfuls of chamoy (for the syrup)
  • 1 bag of Cazares (155 g) for the thread
  • 1 bag of Churrito of chili (120 g) for the thread
  • 1 bag of japanese peanut (100 g) for the thread
  • 1/3 of Cup of chamoy (to decorate)
  • 3 spoonfuls of chilli powder (to decorate)

    Preparation

    In a pot, heat the honey, chili and chamoy, until lighten.
    In a large bowl, mix the fritters and add the sauce little by little, without soaking too much.
    Place the mixture in a mold for thread, and compact with a spoon, rest 2 hours.
    Desmolda and bathes with chamoy. Enjoy
