This dish consists of very Mexican herbs and the delicious flavor of ham, you can serve it as a snack while you drink a beer a wine, you will love this great cheese.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/3 cups olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 chile de árbol peppers, dry finely chopped
  • slices avocado, to taste
  • 1/4 tablespoons black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons oregano, crushed dry
  • 6 slices Turkey ham, in finely chopped squares
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoons peppermint, finely chopped
  • 1 kilo panela cheese
  • tortilla chips, to taste

Preparation

Mix the oils with pepper and salt until the latter dissolves.
Add the other ingredients, except the cheese, and mix until everything has been incorporated. Check the salt.
Put the cheese in a bowl with the help of a fork, lightly chop it to make some holes and bathe it with the prepared oil. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least one night.
Serve the cold cheese and bake at 180ºC in 15 minutes.
Cut the cheese into slices and accompany it with slices of avocado, totopitos and a table sauce to taste.

PRESENTATION

Take the whole cheese to the table, around the plate put the totopitos and side 3 strips of avocado, with the table sauce.

TIPS

For a better know, refrigerate it at least one night.
