Ingredients

  • 6 pieces of Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®
  • 350 grams of boneless chicken breast cut into pieces not very large
  • 2 pieces of dried guajillo chili pepper deveined, softened in hot water and milled
  • 2 pieces of roma tomato chopped without seed
  • 1/8 of piece of White onion finely chopped
  • 10 milliliters of vegetable oil
  • 10 grams of Salt
  • 3 grams of ground pepper
  • 1 piece of Romaine lettuce only the leaves, washed, disinfected and dried.
  • 1 piece of cucumber cut into thin half moons
  • 12 pieces of cherry tomato cost in rooms

  • 45 milliliters of olive oil
