Preparation
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (in a bowl on top of a saucepan with water). Or if you prefer it in microwaves of 20 in 20 seconds, moving so that it does not burn and fall apart completely. You can add a trickle of water in this step.
Place the melted chocolate in a large glass bowl. Let it cool a little but without letting it become solid again.
Meanwhile, inflate the balloons you want (if you have very young children I recommend inflating them).
Prepare a tray or large tray with waxed paper. Place with a spoon a "mirror" of chocolate, putting a spoonful of chocolate and scattering it in a circle. Do the same for the entire tray, leaving a space of at least 5 cm between each one.
Bathe the bottom of the balloon inside the chocolate bowl, it should cover at least 3/4 of the globe.
Place them one by one in the chocolate bases you made previously, this will prevent the balloon from moving and the chocolate bowl to have a support.
Let the chocolate harden again and proceed to puncture the balloon. If you feel that you need more strength, take the refrigerator for an hour.
Serve inside whipped cream, ice cream or fruit.
