The chocolate smoothie with almond milk is very healthy and tasty. Cocoa is a powerful antioxidant, helping to slow down aging and control blood pressure. Almond milk has a good calcium intake, higher than cow's milk.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 Cup of almond milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of cocoa powder
  • 1 piece of banana
  • 1/4 of Cup of ice

    Preparation
