The gingerbread cupcakes are a different and delicious option to the classic muffins. They are cupcakes flavored with ginger biscuit and with a delicious vanilla frosting.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground clove
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons molasses
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix flour with spices, salt and baking powder.
In a bowl whisk , softened butter and add the sugar gradually and add eggs one by one.
Add the molasses, the vanilla and mix the flour mixture little by little.
Place the milk shake in a cupcake mold.
Bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.
For the bitumen, place the cream cheese in the blender and add the sifted glass sugar little by little.
Add the whipping cream and the vanilla.
Place the bitumen in a pastry bag with star shaped duya and decorate the cupcakes.

PRESENTATION

Present the cupcakes in a tray.
