Ingredients

  • 2 spoonfuls of ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of nutmeg powder
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of ground clove
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of unsalted butter
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of brown sugar
  • 3 spoonfuls of molasses
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 4 cups of powder sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 soup spoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1/4 of Cup of whipping cream

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Mix flour with spices, salt and baking powder.
    In a bowl whisk , softened butter and add the sugar gradually and add eggs one by one.
    Add the molasses, the vanilla and mix the flour mixture little by little.
    Place the milk shake in a cupcake mold.
    Bake at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
    Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.

    Add the whipping cream and the vanilla.
    Place the bitumen in a pastry bag with star shaped duya and decorate the cupcakes.
