Ingredients: 1/4 cups butter, 50 g, in medium cubes; 1/4 cups flour, 50 g; 1 cup bacon, 200 g, in thin strips; 1/4 cups onion, 50 g, finely chopped; 3 cups turkey breast, 600 g, cooked and shredded; 1 cup chicken broth, 250 ml; 1 cup whipping cream, 250 ml; 1 cup peas, 200 g, frozen; 1 cup carrot, 200 g, in small cubes; 2 tablespoons thyme, 30 g, finely chopped; 1 tablespoon mustard, 15 g; 1 tablespoon parsley, 15 g, finely chopped; salt; pepper; 2 cups flour, 400 g; 1/2 tablespoons thyme, 7 g, finely chopped; 1 teaspoon REXAL® baking powder, 7 g; 1 cup butter, 200 g, in small cubes; flour, for rolling out the dough; 1 egg, beaten, to glaze the pie; salad, for serving

Heat the butter in a pot and when melted, add the flour and cook for 5 minutes or until slightly golden, then add the bacon and onion and fry for 5 more minutes or until the bacon is golden. Now add the shredded turkey and cook for 5 minutes, then pour in the turkey broth, heavy cream, peas, carrot, thyme, mustard, parsley and mix until everything is perfectly combined. Mix the flour with the thyme and Rexal® Baking Powder using a mixer with a paddle attachment. Gradually add the butter until a soft and manageable dough forms. Once you have this consistency, make a ball with the dough, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
