  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 guajillo chilies, without tail, without veins or seeds and previously hydrated in hot water
  • 5 ancho chili peppers, without tail, without veins or seeds and previously hydrated in hot water
  • 1/4 cups apple vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cups chicken soup
  • 1 cup Kikkoman® Orange Sauce
  • enough black pepper
  • 2 kilos pork leg
  • vegetables, roasted, to accompany

In a previously greased baking dish, place the leg and bathe it with the marinade until completely covered. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, at 200 ° C. Remove from the oven, remove the aluminum from the leg and bake for 15 more minutes at the same temperature.
Remove from the oven. Cut into slices and serve with roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes.
