The marinated turkey cake is a very delicious preparation, it is a classic recipe of the gastronomy of the capital of Mexico. It is a very practical recipe, since the turkey that is left over from the Christmas dinner is used.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 150 turkeys, pickled
  • 1 bread, telera type
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 1/4 avocados
  • 1/4 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 5 milliliters oil

Preparation

Cut the tomato into slices, and slice it into pieces.
Cut the bread and spread it with mayonnaise, put the leaves of lettuce, tomato and avocado on the base.
Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the turkey meat and salt. Once the turkey is hot, place it on the avocado and close the cake with the other half of the bread.

PRESENTATION

Wrap the cake with a napkin and serve it on a plate.
