The beet is boiled in the express pot for 15 minutes, cooled and cut into squares, reserved and also the cooking water.
The orange is cleaned and cut into squares and reserved.
The jicama is cleaned and diced and reserved.
The cane is cleaned and cut into strips is reserved.
The peanuts are cleaned and reserved.
It is washed, the lettuce is disinfected and cut into strips is reserved.
The beet, the orange, the jicama, the cane, the peanut and the lettuce are put in a container, the beet-cooking water is incorporated and the sugar is stirred and the banana is added in slices and stirred.
Go to the refrigerator to cool for half an hour and ready.
