This SUPER RICH crepe recipe! I love it for a breakfast or a special day or afternoon with a coffee. With dulce de leche it is very rich, I recommend it.

Ingredients

Preparation

Mix the flour with the salt and the eggs with a wooden spoon.
Add the milk little by little until the desired consistency is achieved, it should be slightly thick but not too liquid or too hard.
Add the drop of oil and the melted butter.
Once you have a smooth and homogeneous dough, let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt a little butter. Ladle the mixture into the pan or skillet and turn with your wrist to distribute it well.
Cook for two minutes on each side. You can help yourself with a spatula to flip it.
You can fill them with whatever you prefer, either sweet or salty.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate with the crepe spread out and accompany it with whatever you like the most, it can be with: egg, ham, cheese, ice cream, dulce de leche with pieces of fruit, etc. Fold the crepe into quarters or roll. If it is sweet crepe you can decorate with chocolate

TIPS

This recipe can be used to make sweet cannelloni or pancakes. It is very easy to do and very rewarding. You can prepare the pancakes in advance and keep them well wrapped in plastic so they do not dry out.
