Ingredients

3 portions
  • 3 bananas, not very mature
  • 30 grams bitter chocolate
  • M & M chocolates, orange
  • 10 grams White chocolate

Preparation

Peel the bananas, remove the husk threads. Cut off one of the tips of each one.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. You can also do it in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
Bathe each banana with the help of a spoon, starting with the part that has a tip and does not go halfway. Go with the image.
On the other hand, it melts white chocolate. Put it inside a plastic bag, cut the corner and form the white part of the eye.
Do the same but now with what you left over with bitter chocolate. Details the center of the eye.
Cut the orange confit chocolate in half. Make as many halves as spikes and legs you need.
At the end of each banana place the two halves of orange chocolate that you left. And one at the top, like a piquito.
Place them in an extended dish and take them to the freezer for 15 minutes. Do not leave them any longer because the banana can rust and turn brown.

PRESENTATION

Place a pallette stick on each penguin so you can enjoy it more.

TIPS

Add colorful sprinkles to make it look like little hair.

Saludos
